Do we have to replace our current HRIS?
Only if you want Stavis to run your HR, payroll and attendance. Our applications also work next to the system you already have, from a simple roster of people, units and managers.
Does Stavis calculate PPh 21 with the TER method?
Yes. Monthly TER rates by PTKP category, the Article 17 calculation in the final period, and PPh 26 for non-residents. Rules are stored with the date they take effect, so past payslips stay correct when rates change.
Can we pay daily and casual workers?
Yes. Daily workers are assigned to shifts and paid per shift, on daily, weekly or two-weekly periods, with the same payroll engine as monthly staff.
Do employees need a computer?
No. Employees and managers use the iOS and Android app to clock in, request leave and overtime, approve requests and read payslips. HR and finance work on the web.
How long does implementation take?
Most companies run their first payroll in Stavis within weeks. Our team imports your employee data, sets up your shifts and checks the first payroll with you.
Is our data kept apart from other companies?
Yes. Every client has its own database. Access inside your company follows roles and scope, and every important change is recorded in an audit log.
How is Stavis priced?
Per active employee per month, with a one-time implementation fee. Everything in Stavis is included.
