Daily worker management with payroll and daily TER PPh 21
Hotels, restaurants and factories bring in daily workers when it gets busy. Stavis keeps them in one pool, assigns them to shifts, and pays the days they actually worked through the same payroll as permanent staff.

What you can do
Daily worker pool
Keep daily workers, their rate per shift and their availability in one place, ready when you need them.
Assignment to shifts
Assign daily workers to shifts in the department that needs them. They count toward the staffing need on the roster.
Daily to two-weekly payroll
Run payroll daily, weekly or every two weeks. Each payslip shows days worked times the rate.
Daily TER PPh 21
PPh 21 is withheld at the daily TER rate under PMK 168/2023, with a withholding slip even when the result is Rp0.
How it works
- 1
Add to the pool
HR registers daily workers with their rate per shift.
- 2
Assign to shifts
Daily workers are assigned to shifts and clock in from the app like other staff.
- 3
Run payroll
HR runs payroll for the period. Workers with an unresolved attendance day have their payslip held and listed.
Frequently asked questions
What is daily worker management software?
Daily worker management software helps a company handle casual workers, from records and shift assignment to pay. In Stavis, daily workers are paid by the same payroll engine as permanent staff.
How is PPh 21 calculated for daily workers?
Stavis uses the daily TER rate. An average daily income up to Rp450.000 is taxed at 0%, and above that up to Rp2.500.000 at 0.5% of the whole gross.
Can daily workers be paid weekly?
Yes. Payroll runs daily, weekly or every two weeks, and each worked day is paid exactly once.
What happens when a daily worker's attendance is incomplete?
The payslip is held and reported to HR rather than partly paid. Once the attendance day is resolved and the period is recalculated, the worker is paid.
