THR calculation software prorated by length of service
Stavis calculates each employee's THR from their wage and length of service on the pay date. You can pay it in its own run or together with that month's salary, and PPh 21 is withheld automatically. Employees see their THR payslip in the mobile app.
What you can do
Prorated by service
Twelve months of service or more earns one month's wage. Below twelve months, THR is prorated per completed month.
A separate THR run
Create a THR run for a specific holiday, optionally per religion, apart from monthly salary. A duplicate run on the same pay date is blocked.
PPh 21 and calculation notes
PPh 21 is withheld on THR, and every amount carries a note with the service months and wage base used.
Included in tax reports
THR joins the PPh 21 recap for the tax period of its pay date, so it is recorded in e-Bupot.

The THR run goes through the same approval, bank file and payslip publishing as monthly payroll.
Frequently asked questions
How is prorated THR calculated?
For less than 12 months of service, THR = months of service ÷ 12 × one month's wage. Twelve months or more earns one full month's wage.
Is THR taxable?
Yes. THR is income subject to PPh 21, and the system withholds it on the THR payslip. In the final tax period the whole year's income is reconciled at Article 17 rates.
When must THR be paid?
Religious holiday THR must be paid no later than 7 days before the holiday. In Stavis you set the pay date when you create the THR run.
Can THR be paid together with monthly salary?
Yes. THR can be paid in its own run or together with that month's salary, whichever your company prefers.
