UU PDP and employee data privacy in your HR system
Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU 27/2022) requires companies to tell employees and applicants how their data is processed. Stavis gives you privacy notices you can edit, records that each person has read them, and lets employees download their own data.

Privacy notices
Two notices, one for employees and one for applicants, that HR can edit and anyone can open without signing in. Every text change creates a new version.
Recorded acknowledgement
Before using the app, every user reads the notice and agrees to attendance selfies. The version, time and IP address are stored, and the screen returns when the notice changes.
Applicant consent
The application form on the careers page has a required consent checkbox linked to the applicant privacy notice.
Download my data
Employees download their own data in one ZIP file: profile, attendance, leave, overtime, reimbursements, payslips and consent history.

What is UU PDP and how does it affect employee data?
UU 27/2022 on Personal Data Protection sets how companies collect and process personal data, including employee and applicant data. Companies must explain why they process it and ask for consent for certain data, such as face photos.
Does this HR software support UU PDP?

Is employee data secure?
