What you can do
A calculation note on every amount
Basic salary, allowances, deductions, BPJS and PPh 21 each carry a note explaining the calculation. All amounts are whole rupiah.
Compare with the previous run
Each employee is compared line by line with last month, so an unusual increase or gap is visible before anyone approves.
Stale payslip guards
If attendance, overtime or employee data changes after calculation, the payslip is marked stale and the run cannot be locked until it is recalculated.
Verified bank accounts
HR verifies payroll bank accounts before they are used. The bank transfer file is built from the locked run, then the run is marked paid.

Choose the month, pay date and employees. The system pulls approved attendance, overtime, leave and claims, then calculates every payslip.

Check and approve
Review differences against the previous run and any data warnings. An authorised approver signs off and the run is locked.

Pay and publish
Download the bank file, mark the run paid, then publish payslips. Employees see them in the mobile app and can print them to PDF.
Frequently asked questions
What does payroll software do?
Payroll software calculates salary, allowances, deductions, PPh 21 and BPJS for every employee in one process. In Stavis the result becomes payslips, a bank transfer file and tax reports.
Does the payroll software use PPh 21 TER?
Yes. Monthly PPh 21 uses the average effective rates (TER) of PP 58/2023, and the final tax period is reconciled with Article 17 rates.
Can daily workers and monthly staff be paid in the same system?
Yes. Daily workers are paid by the same engine on daily, weekly or bi-weekly periods, with PPh 21 under the daily TER.
Can employees see their own payslips?
Yes. Once a run is published, employees see their payslips in the mobile app and on the web, and can print them to PDF.
