Interview scheduling and scorecards for structured hiring
Each step of the hiring process can have its own interview and scorecard. Interviewers get a calendar invite and an interview kit, score three to six criteria with evidence, and give a recommendation. They cannot see anyone else's feedback until they have submitted their own.

What you can do
Scheduling
Recruiters schedule interviews with the panel, or open slots for candidates to book. Invites go out as calendar files.
Interview kits
The questions and criteria for each step, so every candidate is asked the same things.
Scorecards with evidence
Each criterion is scored with a comment, plus an overall recommendation. Feedback can be required before the candidate moves on.
Blind until submitted
An interviewer sees colleagues' feedback only after submitting their own, so the first opinion does not set the tone.
How it works
- 1
Set the process
Choose the steps for the job and the scorecard for each interview. The process is saved with the job.
- 2
Schedule
Invite the panel and the candidate, or send a self-scheduling link.
- 3
Score and decide
Interviewers submit scorecards. A check makes sure the evidence is there before the candidate moves on.
Frequently asked questions
Can candidates pick their own interview time?
Yes. Open a pool of slots and send the candidate a link to book one. You can invite many candidates at once.
Do interviews go to our calendar?
Yes. Every interview comes with a calendar file the interviewer can add to Google Calendar or Outlook.
Can we require feedback?
Yes. A step can require submitted feedback before the candidate moves on. A recruiter can bypass the check with a reason, which is recorded.
What happens if we edit the process later?
Jobs keep the process they started with once candidates are in it, so later edits do not rewrite past results.
