An offer in Stavis Recruit is a record, not a PDF someone edits. It holds the terms and the seat it fills, goes through approval before it is sent, and keeps every version. The candidate accepts or declines from a secure link, and the hire fills that seat and hands the new employee to Stavis or your HRIS.

A change creates a new version. The version the candidate accepted can always be shown.

The candidate reads the offer and accepts or declines from a secure link, without an account.

Create the offer
Fill in the terms and choose the seat it fills.

Approve and send
Approvers sign off in order, then the offer goes to the candidate.

Hire
When the candidate accepts, hire them. The seat is filled and the hire is handed to your HRIS.
Frequently asked questions
Can we revise an offer after sending it?
Yes. A revision is a new version that goes through approval again. Earlier versions are kept.
How does the candidate accept?
From a secure link in the offer email. They can accept or decline, and the decision is recorded.
What happens after the hire?
The hire fills one seat of the job. With Stavis, the new employee goes to onboarding. Without it, the hire is exported for your HRIS.
Is e-signature included?
Not yet. The candidate's acceptance is recorded in Stavis Recruit, and e-signature providers can be connected later.
